Psychobilly Gothic Black Velvet High Waist Pinup Pencil Skirt  Description: This is a lovely black gothic psychobilly high-waisted velvet pencil skirt featuring 1 3/4" waistband, darting for form fit at hips, black slip, and a slit and zipper closure in back. We have two of these velvet pencil skirts, Item 2449(a) and 2449(b). Skirt #2449(b) has an elastic waistband just in the back for size adjustment as shown in the smaller photo, but otherwise these skirts are exactly the same. Please see the measurements below for each skirt number and choose the one that fits you best in the drop down menu. Measurements (taken lying flat, not doubled, unstretched): Item 2449(a) Size M, high waist: 14", low waist: 14 1/2", hips: 17 1/2", hemline: 17" with slit for easy movement, length: 27". Item 2449(b): Size S/M, high waist: 13 1/4-15" (elastic in back of waistband on skirt b only), low waist: 15", hips: 20 3/4", length: 25 3/4". |
