These jeans are in great condition with only on minor frayed area on the left front pocket (1/2" long) which just adds to the faded look of these pants. Material: 99% cotton, 1% spandex, not very stretchy at all. Size children's 10 regular or 27x25 1/2, but see measurements below for a more accurate fit. Measurements (lying flat, unstretched, not doubled): waist: 13 1/2", hips: 16 1/2", rise: 8", inseam: 25 1/2", cuff: 6". *Photos show jeans darker than they actually are.
