This is a brand new MDC "Millions of Dead Cops" large back patch with a skull and penis crossbones printed in white over a black background. I purchased this patch at the 2008 MDC show at O'Reilly's Bar in Grover Beach, CA from the singer himself. The band was really cool and they all came down into the crowd and hung out with us. Measurements: 12 1/4"x14 5/8" square in shape.
