Description:
This is a new pin-up style shiny red high-waisted pencil skirt featuring a 1 1/2" waistband, darting in front and back for form fit, red lining, slit in back, and zipper and hook/bar closure in back. Made by BlackTie Oleg Cassini. Material: 100% polyester - non-stretch, dry clean only. Size medium, the tag says size 4, but see measurements below for a more accurate fit.
Measurements (lying flat, unstretched, not doubled): high waist: 13", low waist: 14 1/2", hips: 19 3/4", length: 24 1/2".
