This is a brand new dress with tags. It is a very sexy strapless black psychobilly style swing dress featuring shiny white satin-like trim along the top and along the two slits in front with bows atop each slit where the black lace petticoat shows through as well as comes down longer than dress hemline by about 2 inches. The swing style skirt comes in three layers: the top, the petticoat middle, and slip style bottom. Made by BCX A. Byer Company from Macy's. Retails at $58. Material: Semi-stretchy, but no material tag. Photo shows this dress with pink bows, but that dress sold and the dress for sale here has white trim and bows. See sizing/measurements below:
