This is a soft velvet-like leopard print mini skirt (actual flares a little around thighs, was pinned to tight around mannequin, also, this skirt is shorter than appears on mannequin - see measurements) that zips up in back, has an elastic waistband, and has small slits up each side. Material: semi-stretchy. Made by Joe Benbasset. Size large, tag says 9, but see measurements below for a more accurate fit.
