This is a new shiny satin-like polyester burgandy wiggle dress that gathers at center bust and rounded hem just below bust for a 1950's form fit featuring a black lace waist, black adjustable spaghetti straps, and zips up in back. This dress also comes with a matching gathered burgandy purse with hand strap. Material 93% polyester, 7% lycra - semi-stretchy. Made by Charlotte Russe. Retails at $40.
