This is a sleek and shiny black pencil skirt featuring a high waist with double darting at each hip in front and single darting at each buttock in back for a flattering deriere hugging form fit, a slit in back with four shiny rounded black ball buttons though loops closing the slit, lining only at the top around high to low waist, and a zipper featuring the same shiny rounded button and loop closure in back. Made by Ellen-D Kollection TM U.S.A. Material: 100% polyester - non-stretch. Size medium, tag says size 5/6, but see measurements below for a more accurate fit.

Measurements (lying flat, unstretched, not doubled): high waist: 12 1/4", low waist: 14 1/2", hips: 19 13/16", length: 19 1/2".
