Retro Rockabilly Tan Military Swing Dress Size M

This is a brand new retro rockabilly military style tan/beige dress featuring a mid-length pleated swing skirt, short cuffed sleeves, collar and v-neckline with two tan/beige buttons, two breast pockets that also button, and a 2" wide belt with a silver metal buckle that fits through button-down loops around the waist. This dress also features darting around mid-section for a sexy form-fit. Made by willi smith. Material: 97% cotton, 3% spandex, stretchy. Size medium, tag says size 4, but feels more like a 6, so see measurements below to be accurate.

Measurements (lying flat, not doubled): bust: 34B-36D", *waist: 15 1/2", hips: no measure-swing, length (armpit to hemline): 29 1/2".

*The measurement is with the belt at it's widest notch, and can be fitted several notches tighter; however, this is the actual measurement of the dress's waist size so this measurement is the actual measurement for a perfect fit.
