Vintage Black Pin-up Ruffled Mermaid Tail Pencil Skirt Lace Up Size XS

This black form-fitted, high-waisted pencil skirt features a ruffled mermaid tail lower half that gathers at the side with black string that ties into a bow, zipper and button in back. This is definately a one-of-a-kind pinup girl garment that will stop the record at any event! It's extraordinarily lovely style is unforgettable, and it is in excellent condition. I believe this skirt is circa 1950 or 1960. Size extra small, but see measurements:
