This is a new Designer Original Milly of New York Spring Runway Rockabilly style dress in black and white gingham checkered pattern featuring a deep v-neckline in front and back with a tie at center v-neck at bust, high waist trimmed with piping of same material, darting for a form fitting waist, and white lining.
